ISO DIS 37301 Compliance management systems – Requirements with guidance for use

As indicated on the ISO webpage for ISO/TC309/WG4, which leading the work on ISO 37301, this standard is the revision of ISO 19600 Compliance management systems - Guidelines

This is a Type A Management System standard that has as scope to specify requirements and provides guidance for use for establishing, developing, implementing, evaluating, maintaining and improving an effective and responsive compliance management system within an organization.

The requirements of this document are generic and are intended to be applicable to all organizations, regardless of type, size and nature of activity, and whether in the public, private or not-for-profit sectors.

The balloting period on this draft International Standard has concluded on 5 June 2020. Syntegra's Dr Axel Kravatzky, is an expert member of WG4, the working developing this standard and he is also the Chair of the Trinidad & Tobago Bureau of Standard (TTBS) National Mirror Committee (NMC) for the ISO/TC309 Governance of Organizations.
