Director, Leadership & Team Coach and Organizational Consultant
A certified Leadership and Team Coach and Organizational Consultant, Helen has provided consulting, training, facilitation and coaching services over the past 20 years in both the private and public sectors. Her extensive travel experience for study, work, and leisure provides her with a unique advantage and personal ease when working with cultural differences, diversity and emergent change. Helen earned a Master of Science in Management at the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University as a Fulbright Scholar, following her B.Sc. at the University of the West Indies. She has also worked as an International Staff Consultant on Group Relations conferences, most recently the Surviving and Thriving Conference 2019 with the Caribbean Group Relations Consulting and the Tavistock Institute. Helen is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation having received her Leadership Coaching certification from the Institute for Transformational Leadership, Georgetown University and her Team Coaching certification from Corentus Inc. leaders in the field of team coaching. She is also certified in leadership assessments, coaching and training techniques such as Appreciative Inquiry, Team Coaching, Experiential Training Methodologies, The Leadership Circle Profile and the Team Management Profile.
Axel Kravatzky, PhD
Chairman and Principal Consultant
Axel is the Chairman and Principal Consultant at Syntegra Change Architects Limited. Following a couple of years of lecturing in Economics at the University of the West Indies, where he co-founded the Sustainable Economic Development Unit (SEDU) began consulting full-time. Over the past 20 years he has lead numerous engagements in Corporate Governance, Strategy Development, Leadership Coaching, and Change Implementation. He has worked with clients in the private and public sector, mostly in the Caribbean and Europe.
Axel was the founding Chairman of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute, served for more than six years on the board of directors of Director for United World Colleges, as well as its Council.
Since 2017 Axel is the co-convenor of ISO/TC309/WG1 which is developing the new foundational standard ISO37000 "Guidance on the Governance of Organizations", and he serves as editor of the standard as well. Axel is also the Chair of Trinidad & Tobago Bureau of Standard's National Mirror Committee (NMC) for ISO Technical Committee 309 Governance of Organizations.
Axel is an alumnus of UWC-USA and the London School of Economics and Political Science where he earned a PhD, Development Studies & Operations Research, MSc, Economics & Development Studies, BSc, Economics and Philosophy. He has received extensive training in various areas of Corporate Governance, Business Ethics and Risk Management, has been an active member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), the European Corporate Governance Institute, has published in the field of corporate governance, and received a license by the Global Corporate Governance Forum (GCGF) to train Directors in Board Leadership.
Richard has earned a well-deserved reputation as an exceptional coach and facilitator. He holds a B.A. and Post Graduate Diploma (Hons.) in International Relations and is a Graduate of The Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT) where he was certified as a Business Coaching Specialist (BCS). He has earned the ACC designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). He adheres firmly to the ethics and standards defined by the ICF and in all engagements and is a co-founder of the ICF Caribbean Chapter.
Richard was among the first in the Caribbean to be certified in both the Prosci ADKAR Change Management methodology and among the first coaches globally to be certified in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) which leverages neuroscience for better coaching outcomes. He is also a certified LMI facilitator.
Having left corporate life he as spent the last decade as a coach and consultant. His work primarily focuses on, strategy execution, change management and leadership development. As a trusted advisor, he is committed to ensuring that capacity for long term success is built within the client’s team. His clients both public and private sector organizations which span a wide range of industries and sectors including aviation, agriculture, distribution, financial services, manufacturing, public administration, tourism and technology firms.
Partner, Senior Consultant
Seeraj has been with working local and international organisations across various industries in the areas of Strategic Planning, Corporate Governance, Team Development, Marketing and Stakeholder Management and Change Implementation for over eleven years.
Seeraj is also the CEO of Dialogue Solutions Ltd.
Seeraj is a graduate of The University of the West Indies and holds an MSc in Mediation Studies (with a focus on Workplace Conflict Resolution) and a BSc in Management Studies with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Marketing. He is an internationally trained Experiential Facilitator having received training from Stucki Leadership & Team Development SA, Switzerland. He is also trained in Corporate Communications and Project Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business.
Mark Anthony Stephens
Mark is a principal consultant at Syntegra Change Architects Limited co-founder and Managing Partner as well at THINK Justice. He brings a wealth knowledge, savvy, and foresight having over 20 years’ experience leading Consumer Go to Market Strategy, Brand Strategy, Innovation, Consumer Insights, Analytics & Marketing Effectiveness for some of the world’s foremost brands at the heights of their market domination, e.g., Motorola Mobility, Kraft Heinz, to name a few.
He excels at imagining new possibilities and making them happen. He has been responsible for catapulting several major fortune 500 companies to win by outplaying and outmaneuvering their competition with flawless execution of go-to market strategies and the best consumer intelligence. A thought leader, Mark supplied the secret ingredients powering major wins by Siemens Medical Systems (Open MRI), Motorola (MotoACTV, MotoRAZR, Metal Moto V60, etc.) and Kraft (Kraft Homestyle, etc.). At Motorola, for example, Mark was a champion of “internet of things” and “wearable” devices, years in advance of marketplace acknowledgement and adoption. He championed and led research and development for what became MotoACTV, one of the first fitness wearables on the market. Mark was also consumer insights lead, at the forefront of the work to develop what became Motorola’s Iconic RAZR.
At Kraft Foods, Mark was Head of Grocery Innovation Insights as well as Head of Atlantic Area Shopper Insights Lead on a mission to make center store a healthy alternative for families on a budget. To this end, he worked with major grocers such as Bi-Lo Holdings, to reimagine center store. Through the application of consumer-centric insights, he created a tighter link between the center store and periphery in the minds of consumers, so that fresh and healthy alternatives became a greater portion of shopping trips. In product innovation, he introduced several blockbuster products with the goal of achieving more balanced diets for families on a budget: Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Homestyle, Velveeta Cheesy Singles, and Planters Nutrition Peanut Butter.
Mark is an alumnus of UWC-USA and Purdue University (MA in Political Science & International Relations). He holds several distinctions including the H.H. Remmers Award for Excellence in Doctoral Studies from Purdue University and the Woodrow Wilson Public Policy Fellowship from the Sloan Foundation from Carnegie Mellon University.
